Hello, I am a software product designer with a background in software engineering based in Oakland, California. I have been working in the tech industry for 15+ years, more than half of that time focused on designing thoughtful and intuitive products. I am currently working on AI-powered tools at ADP.
Below you will find a small sample of projects I have worked on. The best way to reach me is by email. You can also find me on LinkedIn ↗.
2024 → Preset
I am currently leading design for ADP Assist, an AI-powered HR assistant built into ADP’s HCM platforms. It uses generative AI to answer HR questions, flag issues like payroll errors, and automate routine tasks. I drove the product design from early concept to production, shaping the overall experience and collaborating with teams across ADP as we continue to expand its capabilities. Now rolling out to over a million clients, it has been one of the most complex and rewarding projects I have worked on.

2022 → 2023
When the StandOut talent activation platform was being integrated into ADP’s broader HCM ecosystem, I led a small design team focused on a segment of ADP’s talent offerings. Our primary goal was to translate StandOut’s strengths-based approach into ADP’s talent suite, ensuring a cohesive user experience while preserving the unique character of StandOut.
2018 → 2021
I led design for the StandOut talent activation platform, a product that helps teams discover their unique strengths and helps companies increase and measure their employee engagement.

A long time ago...
Before ADP I worked at GREE ↗, a Japanese gaming company. I was on the data team as a full-stack developer and UX designer, building internal tools that empowered teams across the company. This role laid the foundation for my transition from engineering to product design.
I’ve also worked on some fun side-projects:
I built my first website when I was 12, right around the time we got our first modem at home. It was made with a lot of photos and HTML tables and was about how cool the 996 911 Turbo was. I put it up on Angelfire. I have been building on the web ever since.
I have a lot of hobbies. I have spent a lot of my life practicing photography. I like to take my car to the track a few times a year. I love to grill and am trying my hand at pizza making.
